Editor's notes: Honestly, is anyone surprised? Even just a little? Experts have been telling us for months, "The emails are there, somewhere." And why the headline . . . . . now . . . . . after all the denials and misinfromation? Because the IRS has been taken to court in two different venues, and the two, no-nonsense judges, are requiring testimony under oath.
