Bush won the Iraqi War. Obama has, officially, lost that war. Here is why . . . ;.

Exclusive: Iraq signs deal to buy arms, ammunition from Iran - document

BAGHDAD Mon Feb 24, 2014 9:19am EST

Editor's Notes:  We can now,  officially,  take the Iraqi War out of the win column.  Obama did not pursue the "status of forces"  worked out by Bush.  As a direct result of our retreat from the region,  under and because of Hussein Obama's feckless Middle East policies,  the more than 4,000 lives lost,  in that war,  has gone to waste.  There is simply no other way to frame this headlined event.  And to think,  that a large population of Americans still think Obama's foreign policies are a success.

Hussein Obama's Foreign Policy "Successes"
As a reminder,  Obama's policy as to Iran has allowed that nation to become a nuclear power,  in the Middle East;  it is has allowed Iraq to partner with its one time mortal enemy,  Iran;  it (Obama's policies) has provided a staging region for al Qaeda, to train international terrorists and invade Syria;  it has been primary in the fall of the pro-West Egyptian government;  it supports the Muslim Brotherhood - an organization dedicated to the overthrow of Israel and the U.S, ;  it has destroyed the Libyan government and is directly responsible for the deaths of our ambassadors in Benghazi;  it has ended hopes for a missile defense system in both Georgia and Poland,  and continues to ignore the Chinese military build up as well as the moronic despotism of North Korea.

  1. Bush lost the war when he started it, it should have never happened and he bankrupted America and killed a hundred thousand.... that is winning a war? Only to Smithson.

  2. None of your facts are correct. All are Marxist/Democrat propaganda.

    The FACTS are these:

Bill Clinton told Bush about the WMD's in Iraq. Bill Clinton's CIA director was George Tenet and he swore to Bush there were WMD's in that country. ALL international intelligent agencies also agreed. As a result, Bush changed out all of Clinton's appointees EXCEPT George Tenet. Why? Why did Bush leave Tenet, a Clinton appointee, as head of the CIA? Because he thought it a poor decision to change Directors in the middle of a War on Terror, a war that actually began during the Clinton years and the first bombing of the Twin Towers. The Iraqi War began in 2003, and was over, in terms of lives lost in the American Military, by the middle of 2008 - five years later. The War's annual costs were $800 per year, or 4.8 billion for the war. "100,000" is a made up number, coming from the Left, but allowing for that number, 95,000 of these casualties were at the hands of the militant Muslims who came to Iraq to fight against the US. When we left Iraq, (Obama using the Bush time table for exit), that country had it own new constitution, had held two free elections, and was no longer a staging area for the terrorist community. Meanwhile, Obama fired up the Afghan War and has absolutely nothing to show for that war. Killing a defunct and irrelevant Osama is not winning the war. Obama has killed 60 terrorists in his drone attacks while killing 8,000 women and children living near those drone raids, innocent women and children. His rules of engagement have killed hundreds of our soldiers in route to losing this war. As a military leader, the man is a loser and a disgrace to his position as Commander in Chief.

By the way, Bush invaded Iraq with the permission of Congress and a military partnership of more than 35 nations. He waited 14 months before beginning that attack while he gathered an allied front and secured positives votes from the UN and Congress.

Obama does not believe in going to congress for anything. He did not get permission to begin, again, the war in Afghanistan or for his drone war. He now believes he can kill American citizens on foreign soil , if he decides that person is an enemy of the state. No "due process," no court hearings, secretive or otherwise. He no longer captures and interrogates the enemy, as did Bush. As a result, al Qaeda and related forces are in more than 20 countries and is more powerful and violent than before Obama's presidency. Recently, terror experts tell us that we now know less about al Qaeda than before 2001. Our Homeland has been attacked by terrorist at least 6 times, under Obama compared to ZERO under Bush. That's 6 admitted attacks in 5 years compare to ZERO attacks in 8 years.

You think losing the war on terror is no big deal. I disagree. So goes the debate.

  3. What happened to bin Laden after Bush and his incompetence let him escape from Tora Bora?

  4. Bush wins the Iraq war and you think he is incompetent. Obama loses the Afghan War and you think he was successful because he killed an irrelevant Osama and has destroyed the balance of power in the Middle East. Good grief.

  5. Do you really think the Afghan war was winnable? At what cost and for how long? Yes, bin Laden... irrelevant ... just like all these guys Obama has killed ...right?

Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) leader Anwar al-Awlaki as of today.
Sept '11 - officials confirmed that al Qaeda’s chief of Pakistan operations, Abu Hafs al-Shahri, was killed in Waziristan, Pakistan.
In August, ‘Atiyah ‘Abd al-Rahman,  the deputy leader of al Qaeda was killed.
In June, one of the group’s most dangerous commanders, Ilyas Kashmiri,  was killed in Pakistan. In Yemen that same month, AQAP senior operatives Ammar al-Wa’ili, Abu Ali al-Harithi, and Ali Saleh Farhan were killed. In Somalia, Al-Qa’ida in East Africa (AQEA) senior leader Harun Fazul was killed.
Administration officials also herald the recent U.S./Pakistani joint arrest of Younis al-Mauritani  in Quetta.
Going back to August 2009, Tehrik e-Taliban Pakistan leader Baitullah Mahsud was killed in Pakistan.
In September of that month, Jemayah Islamiya operational planner Noordin Muhammad Top was killed in Indonesia, and AQEA planner Saleh Ali Saleh Nabhan was killed in Somalia.
Then in December 2009 in Pakistan, al Qaeda operational commanders Saleh al-Somali and ‘Abdallah Sa’id were killed.
In February 2010, in Pakistan,  Taliban deputy and military commander Abdul Ghani Beradar was captured; Haqqani network commander Muhammad Haqqani was killed; and Lashkar-e Jhangvi leader Qari Zafar was killed.
In March 2010, al Qaeda operative Hussein al-Yemeni was killed in Pakistan, while senior Jemayah Islamiya operative Dulmatin  - accused of being the mastermind behind the 2002 Bali bombings – was killed during a raid in Indonesia.
In April 2010, al Qaeda in Iraq leaders Abu Ayyub al-Masri and Abu Omar al-Baghdadi were killed.
In May, al Qaeda’s number three commander, Sheik Saeed al-Masri was killed.
In June 2010 in Pakistan, al Qaeda commander Hamza al-Jawfi was killed.

All irrelevant, because it was Obama that killed them.

  6. Indeed, Obama has been irrelevant since March 23, 2010 and the signing of ObamaCare. He has not gotten one important thing done, since, either domestically or internationally.

As far as your list of notable terrorist deaths is concerned, you forgot to add in the 32 American soldiers (17 of which were Navy Seal Team Six members) who were slaughtered by hand held rocket fire 12 weeks after Obama and Joe the Blow identified Seal Team Six as bin Laden's killers. What about the Pakistani doctor who helped locate bin Laden? You remember him? He was left behind and totally deserted by Hussein Obama and is now lost to the world, as he serves out a 30 year prison sentence in the hands of your Muslim friends. Or what about the dozen or so "CIA Yemeni operatives" Obama outed as he and morons like you, bragged about the "secret" missions they were on? What about Benghazi and the two remaining Navy Seal members fighting for their lives for 5 to 7 hours into the night, while their bullshit Command in Chief went to bed, all excited about giving a campaign speech the next day in Nevada? HE WENT TO BED, you dumb shit, while those men were alive and fighting for their lives for freaking hours, not knowing that no one in the Progressive Socialist Marxist One-World Utopian Imperialist Administration, could not have cared less?

Bush killed 30 to 40 THOUSAND radicals in Iraq, and a couple of hundred al Qaeda leaders in the five year, Iraqi war, and won that war. He just didn't run to the first open mic he saw, every time one of his secret missions paid off.

Back to your list: Osama bin Laden was irrelevant. He had been in hiding for a decade and had been replaced as leader, years and years ago. The others on your list, were not irrelevant. But here is a fact you refuse to admit: 2,000 soldiers have died in a war in which we got our asses kicked every way but loose. You and Obama have no measure for "victory" in that war, and no exit strategy exit except the coward's way of retreat. Killing a few terrorist leaders is not "winning the war." And Obama's drone strikes in Pakistan have murdered eight to ten thousand "by-standers" in the killing of some 40/50 Taliban leaders.

And what about the 90, or so, Americans killed or wounded in homeland terror attacks since Hussein has been our Overlord? Zero for Bush, but 90 for Obama, and I am not counting the attacks on our electrical grid, in 2013.

China has grown its army to nearly 3 million while Obama is cutting ours to 450,000 and a Navy fleet as small as in WW I. You think China is a friend to the world, moron? Is that what you think? When it comes to preserving our freedom, as a nation, in a world full of haters, you and your Marxist pals are a pathetic joke, and the real pisser in all this, is the fact that you all are going to get us all killed, in the process.
