"My
dad used to have another saying, for real," Biden said. "And, by the
way, I've been saying this for 30 years. And I'm glad to see that Congressman
Ryan likes his dad, too, and quotes his dad. I mean that sincerely. But my dad
[had] a lot of wisdom. Every time someone tell you, say, 'Look, let me tell you
what's important to me, what I value.' My dad would go, 'No, no. Don't tell me
what you value. Show me your budget, and I will tell you what you value.'"
So says
Joe Biden. His Democrat majority has refused to passed a budget for each
year it has been in office -- all four of them. In fact,
Obama's last four budget attempts failed in HIS Senate by a vote of
97 to Nothing and 99 to Nothing. In the House, his budget proposal
of 2012? It failed 414 to Nothing. A fourth proposal was so poorly
written that the CBO refused to score it.
One
wonders what in the world Joe Biden is even talking about. His party has
broken budget law four years running, and his boss could get one member
of his own party to vote for any his budget proposals.
