Al Gore fails to mention President Barack Obama during Democratic rally in Florida — Al Gore failed to mention President Barack Obama at a campaign rally in Florida as Democrats extended their new tactic for next month's elections - ignoring the man who so inspired them in 2008. . . . . .
Editor's notes: Gore appeared for a campaign speech in support of Kendrick Meek, the Democrat candidate for Florida's contested senate. The meeting was held at a local union hall. In the speech, Gare failed to mention either the Obama's healthcare "victory" or the recent financial regulatory reform bill touted by Obama. And Meek left off reference to the name of "Obama."
To date, Harry Reid is the only contested Democrat running on the record of the 111th Congress.
We know why.
