Angle is up on Harry Reid by 4 points. What does this mean?

Scott Rasmussen told FoxNews, this morning, that Sharron Angle has been "up" on Reid during all of the three weeks following their debate. Rasmussen tells us that this means that Angle has a 95% chance of winning this election. No one on the Right is jumping up and down about this. But there is clearly hope that the author of the Senate's version of ObamaCare is having a very difficult time in an election he should have won by 15 points. In fact, after Angle won the GOP primary, Reid had celebrated Angle's primary win with this statement, "The GOP has given us a gift."

We are thinking that no one in Reid's camp is making this statement now.
