Trump was challenged in court for taking 2 billlion dollars in military funding to build 100 miles of new wall in addition to 190 milies of replacement (aka new) wall . . . . and won his case in the High Court.

The Pentagon announced today,  Sept 3, that it was re-allocating 3.6 billion from its military construction fund to border wall construction  . . . .   150 miles of new wall to be exact.
