Editor:  Look,  Joe Biden is clearly a victim of early stage dementia.  I say "early stage" as if there is more to follow.  Of course,  I don't know how far off the beaten path Joe will wonder.  Heck,  Joe doesn't even know.  But he is 77 and these things happen.  Can he do the job of a president?  None of us really know,  but isn't that a reason to vote for someone else?  I mean,  the Dims have fronted some 24 candidates.  Only Joe has this manifest problem.  Only Joe.  And after each bumbling bit of nonsense,  we can hear the words of Sarah Palin ringing in our ears:  "Say it isn't so, Joe.  Say it isn't so."
