Mitt Romney Wants a Carbon Tax, Says Climate Change is Happening – Insists He Will Work for Those ‘Left Behind’ Like Coal Miners 

 Effective climate/carbon laws eliminate the need for a carbon tax.  Everyone knows  (except possibly for Romney) that a carbon tax is another opportunity for increasing fraud and wealth redistribution  and, again,  is totally unnecessary in the face of reasonable/effective legislation.
