Editor:  Understand that Barr has not narrowed anything.  There are rules Barr has to follow  in creating a document he can release to a Congressional committee   . . . .   or anyone for that matter. He is the surprising part   . . . .   these rules were written and approved by the Democrat majority after the conclusion of the Starr  investigation into Bill Clinton.  

The rules are Democrat rules and Janet Reno.
