Nelson is playing the blame game to avoid admtting that he might not retain his Senate seat.

but, authorities say they have not received any such complaints from Nelson or his staff.  

Here is the real problem:  polls show that Nelson is running behind Rick Scott (retiring Governor) in their Senate race.  Nelson, a long time Florida Senator, is running against a two term governor,  Rick Scott,  and losing  . . . . .   a good sign for the GOP and its bid to keep the Senate in their charge.  His office has filed no complaint,  and Intel has no clue as to his evidence,  except for the fact that he may be losing.
