The know-nothings at Central Planning (Democrat Progressives, all) set aside $500 million and have spent $43 million of that money.* To date, we have 4 trained fighters to show for this "effort." My question is this: why is someone not in jail for criminal miss use of funds? This is not "poor planing," as some suggest. It is criminal mis-use of funds, much of it in someone's pocket, no doubt.
I admit I have no evidence for my claim of theft, except for the fact that if there is a pool of federal funds, we all know that someone is stealing some of it.
Look, if theft or loss stays at a 3% level, no one investigates. They argue, "It's only 3%. We have more important things to do than investigate a 3% loss." Stop and think, for a moment. Do you know what 3% of 43 million totals? I do. 1.29 million smacker-rues . . . . . . and NO ONE cares about this total. OF COURSE it gets stolen.
In case you are wondering, you should know that Obama's budget proposals, alone, make him unqualified to criticize the GOP for their supposed "fiscal failings." I write this, because I know his track record when it comes to a deliberate effort to craft a cogent proposal. Two of his budget proposals failed in the Senate, 0 - 99 and 0 - 97 . . . . . not a single vote from anyone, in the Senate !!! Don't believe me? There is always Google. In the House, two of his proposals failed 0 - 414 and 2 - 416. A 5th proposal was rejected by the Congressional Budget Office, officials telling Obama, "We do not score speeches."
With that kind of failure in mind, I would have been shocked if the $43 produced any success at all. Understand this: no president in our 240 year history, has ever failed as to financial knowledge as Barack Obama . . . . . none.
He smoked happy weed and used cocaine while in high school and early college (by his own admission). Obviously the drugs had an impact. I mean, seriously, how do you write four budget proposals so worthless as to garner 2 "yes" votes while receiving a bi-partisan rejection of 1026 "no" votes ?
Something seriously wrong with a human being who records such failures. No president in our history, has ever had even one budget with zero approving votes.
Make fun of Sarah Palin all you want. You are an absolute idiot if you think she is not head and shoulders above this pretender in our White House. She was head of the Alaskan Oil Council, the mayor of Wasilla, and Governor of Alaska. She wrote budgets for all of these concerns . . . . and none failed. If you cannot see the difference between her success and his abject failings, you should not be allowed to vote.
