Lots of people came to his rally . . . . . . . . . maybe 15,000 BUT he predicted 35,000 to 40,000. Whatever his reason for this over-reaching prediction, rather giving you a sense of his growing popularity with 15,000 to 20,000 in attendance, the observer is left thinking his campaign is slowing down . . . . . right or wrong as that observation might be.
NBC estimated the 43,000 seat stadium to have been half filled with Trump supporters.
"40,000" in attendance would have changes the GOP race for president, in substantial ways. As it is, no one on the GOP side of the aisle has been able to draw the Bernie Sanders crowds seen on the West Coast, in Portland (28,000) and L.A. (27,000).
So, the race continues AND Trump is not walking away with the nomination . . . . . .. at least not tonight.
