Fox News has just found out that the flash drive containing all of Hillary's emails, and her server, have been in the possession of the FBI for a week !! Last night's revelation that Hillary had agreed to surrender both the server and the flash drive . . . . when, in fact, these items were ALREADY in the possession of those investigation this circumstance.

Understand that General Patreaus was successfully prosecuted for having "confidential" government files in his possession . . . . . . . not secret or "top secret" files. Out of 40 files surrendered five months ago, the FBI has found two secret files and two "top secret" files out of this sampling of 40 files.

Update: Understand that if Hillary is found to have been in possession of Top Secret, classified files, illegally stored on her server, she could be prevented, by law, from running for president.

This investigation is, now, in the hands of the FBI and professional prosecutors within the DOJ . . . . . men and women who are not partisan when it comes to doing their job. According to legal opinions voiced this morning on cable news, when the "gun slingers" within the FBI and the DOJ, get involved, the subjects of their investigation are in serious legal trouble.

I wrote, yesterday, that we are about to find out the truth about Hillary's emails, and, by extension, her involvement in the Benghazi cover-up. We have no choice but to accept the final conclusions of the FBI/DOJ investigation and this blog will do just that.
