Hillary is forced to surrender her server to the FBI. This is now a criminal investigation.

Agents took possession of a cache of the former Secretary of State's emails, today, and will soon be handed over the unsecured server with which Clinton managed her official government business.

A federal probe into her email affairs has deepened, after a high-ranking senator revealed that hyper-classified emails have passed through the server. Chuck Grassley, who chairs Congress's judiciary committee, said that a senior investigator had unearthed two emails - thought to be from the CIA - which were deemed Top Secret - Sensitive Compartmented Information, at the time they were sent and received by Hillary.

Two days ago,  Hillary pledged under penalty of perjury,  that she had returned all State Department emails,  that none remained in her possession.  Problem:  her attorney had a flash drive with all the emails on that drive,  and the server, with critical information waiting to be recovered,  remains in her home (see the offset in the picture, above).  Her signed testimony opened the door to the confiscation of the flash drive and server.

She is either in violation of federal law or innocent of the charges swirling around her.  We are about to find out   . . . . .   and we must accept the end of this story.  If the FBI finds no "smoking gun,"  I intend to let this story go and move on to new scandals and lies.

See the Daily Mail, here,  for the rest of the story.  In tonights network news  (ABC and NBC.  I did not listen to CBS),  not a second of broadcast time was given to this monster story.
