Midknight Review -- new and revised: Did you know that the "back end" of the ObamaCare website, has not be built, as of yet, 5 months into the enrollment cycle of the program. Why is that important? You should know because it is the reason why most of the registered are NOT insured!

Take a look at this chart. Locate the icon "Enroll" and understand that the "back end" of the website moves the application through the "Administrative Billing Services," and interfaces the applicant with state agencies and onto the several healthcare carriers. The failure to have completed the back end of this site, means that all of the 4 million who have supposedly registered for coverage, must be passed on manually, since digital advancement is not even possible. Understand this, you will read and hear of participating carriers and "improving enrollment numbers." Smoke and mirrors.

As things stand, today, enrollment numbers and their reporting by the Obama Government, is nothing but a handjob, a lie for the most part, and a not-so-funny joke.

How an Administration can be as inept as Obama's, almost defies reality. It would seem impossible for a group of Harvard folks, to be as incapable as this bunch. Obviously, Harvard has systemic issues in, at least, part of its educational program. Apparently, it has a policy that allows for the graduation of those who pass certain tests, but have not reached any serious degree of graduate success. Chalk it up to the dumbing-down of America, no?
