Midknight Review -- new and revised: Remember all that environmental blather over the Kyoto Treaty? Bush was a demon, condemning the planet to an untimely death for not signing the treaty. Remember? Well, Only 37 nations of 194 have agreed to continue the treaty. It has failed and, in this case, because of world wide opinion. I leave you with this story as I laugh my way into the lunch room.

If “consensus” is the basis of environmental fact and it is, according to the environmentalist lobby, get to vote on what “facts” we will accept, well, our headline represents is a major defeat for Kyoto and the environmental industry. It is now a FACT that the treaty is so much nonsense. I mean, they voted on the treaty. Case closed, no?? he he he

These truth deniers, the environmentalist justice crowd, invited the world to the next world wide climate conference, scheduled for this past November 26. Almost no one showed up. The renewal of the Kyoto Treaty was part of the agenda and it failed.

Obama was busy campaigning for his nonsensical plan to cover 20 days of American debt and the rest of the world knew it couldn't afford the fines that would be levied because of this treaty. As a result, the treaty is now, officially, a nonbinding document, completely irrelevant to anything going on in this world.
