Mitt's debate partner - a well qualified Rob Portman, McCain's former debate partner. Portman is so good at presenting Obama's debate tactics, that McCain's wife almost hated him for days following debate prep.

Mitt is working on the debates as we speak. 

Senator Rob Portman, Ohio, has an usual ability to imitate the essence of Obama-in-debate.  He is  so good at it,  that McCain used him as prep in 2008. The little known secret in this instance is that Portman destroyed McCain in those practice debates.   McCain's wife was so angry at Portman,  that she  would not speak to him for days following his performance with her husband.  Mitt will use Portman in prep for debates,  as well.

Barack Obama, on the other hand,  probably does not believe he needs practice, but,  nevertheless, is using John Kerry as a debate prep partner. Can you imagine,  John Kerry,  a man who has served more than two decades in the Senate,  all without a single noteworthy piece of legislation to his name.  He supported the Bush invasion into Iraq,  in 2003, but later changed his mind.    He fought in Viet Nam, earning three purple heart medals all without missing a single day in combat (so minor were his injuries).  Upon his return to the States,  he charged his own war buddies with all sorts of atrocities in a very public Senate hearing and made a point of throwing his medals away (on camara).  He later retrieved the medals,  something the press forgets to report in these modern times.
