Two years before we tuck tail and flee Afghanistan, Obama announces: "The Afghan war as we understand it is over."

<<<< Peace at an price including the deaths of hundreds of American soldiers?

The following is being reported by all the Tired, Old and white media:

Obama said today that the NATO Summit will be largely devoted to “ratifying” the plan to draw down U.S. and NATO forces and to “painting a vision, post-2014, in which we have ended our combat role.”

“The Afghan war as we understand it is over, but our commitment to friendship and partnership with Afghanistan continues,” he said. “Both of us recognize that we still have a lot of work to do, and there will be great challenges ahead. The loss of life continues in Afghanistan; there will be hard days ahead. But we’re confident that we are on the right track, and what this NATO Summit reflects is that the world is behind the strategy that we’ve laid out.”

Nothing from Obama about having achieved victory.   In fact, for the past year,   he has been involved in secretly releasing captured Taliban assassins,  captured on the battlefield at the loss of life to our soldiers,  all in the name of “negotiations” related to ending the war.

Question:  what is the difference between Obama's "cut and run policy"  and abject surrender?

Apparently,   Obama's war in Afghanistan was all about killing a man who no longer posed a threat to our country,  Osama bin Laden.  1,200 men and women,  American soldiers all,  have died for the accomplishment of what?  Libs reading this blog will not offer  answers to this question and,  they will not because they cannot.

He met with Karsi this past week.  Surrender
is the name of game;  "negotiated peace" is how
he plays it,  and,  in the end,  there is prayer.
Is Obama praying to Allah or Karsi praying to
Jehovah God?  What do you think?  Geeeesh.
Understand that our nation is not safer because of the death of bin Laden.  The fact that he had been in hiding,  like the coward he was,  for 10 years; that he had not orchestrated a single successful mission against the US during all of that time; that a number of leaders had come and gone,  taking his place as figurative head of the Terrorist State, is all proof of my point.  At the time of his death,  the was a "nobody" a man who sat on his bed,  watched porn and play with himself.

Without our presence,  Hamid Karsi has no power.  He will have no choice but to allow the terrorist interest free reign,  and this includes the al Qaeda remnant as well as the killers in the Taliban.

You should know that warring powers do not "negotiate peace."  That is won or lost on the battlefield.  Surrender is a negotiate matter, not victory.   Obama has disgraced this nation with his idiot strategies,  all designed to get him re-election.

1,200 American soldiers should not have died for "nothing"  . . . . . . . but that is what has happened in Afghanistan, especially if Obama is announcing that the war in Afghanistan is over  -  years before we can bring our troops home.
