Colin Powell refuses to endorse Obama at this point in time.

<<<<<  Colin Powell.  Many forget that he is a Republican as was Martin Luther King, Jr.

Understand that while he did not say that he would not support Obama,  his enthusiasm has clearly waned.

From my point of view,  it appears that the General is waiting to see how Romney's expressed policies play out in this campaign season.
