ObamaCare: Day #1 - Will The Court Move To Day Two?

Update:  Yes - There will be a "Day Two !!! "

The Court is deciding,  with today's testimony, whether it should be involved in making judgment regarding ObamaCares' individual mandate. If the court decides that it should not take jurisdiction in this matter,  ObamaCare will stand and the case against this socialist piece of tripe is closed.

Here is today's audio.  No camera's were allowed.

Justice Roberts made a comment that could be construed as indicating the Court's willingness to,  in fact,  hear  this case. I am guessing there will be "Day Two."
