Here is a chart that puts fossil fuel supply in contrast to the algae, solar and wind.



The red line is the price of gas at the pump.  The blue line reflects
the number of rigs in use today.  This blue line does not reflect oil
produced on private lands compared to the that produced via federal
permits on government lands, a permitting process that has been 
drastically reduced.  The third line,  that runs at the bottom of the 
chart,  shows the combined output of solar, wind and algae.  Note that
if anything,  that production line is going down to near absolute zero.
