ObamaCare #5 - the second most critical question asked by the High Court, today.

I actually do not have enough of this in the form of a the question asked,  but here is the nature of the concern:

Justice Kennedy was concerned . . . .

that the Government had created a "market" for the expressed purpose of regulating that market.

Understand that in the second use of the word "market" if not the first,   Justice Kennedy means to include all of the American people,  for it is they who have come under the regulatory powers of this Administration,  like it or not.

That is why there has not been a Rasmussen survey since May of 2009,  in which the American people have surveyed in favor of this plan.  The American people resented the fact that this bill was crammed down their throats.  I think this is as much a problem as the idiocy of the law's content,  itself.

Whether you accept Rasmussen of not,  know that all present-day surveys of note show the American people rejecting this legislation, whether that be PPP, or Gallup, or PEW, or Quinnipiac, or whatever.
