There are so many GOP Establishment whiners in the Senate - its disgusting.

Today,  Obama makes four recess appointments,  one,  a man who had been rejected by the Senate,  and the GOP has a hissy fit.  Understand that recess appointments are standard, legal, operating procedure.  The system works just fine (or so they say),  as long as you have someone serving as president who respects the system and is trustworthy in that respect.  Clinton was;  Obama is not.

The Whiners have nothing to cry about except their own stupidity,  and we the people are the ones harmed.

Because of the Obama presidency and his willingness to circumvent Congress and the courts,  it is time to take down or modify existing presidential powers.  The first thing to go is this business of trust.

Obama,  right now,  has the power to take us into war,  by his own decision.  He can fund enemy concerns,  as he has with Hamas in Gaza to the tune 1.3 billion dollars and we cannot stop him.  He can free the worst of the captured terrorist community without a single caution from the clowns in the GOP  -  and,  in fact, that is exactly what he is about to do.    He can unilaterally vacate treatises such as those  we had with Georgia and Poland and, we are helpless to prevent such action.  He has the power to declare marshal law without the consent of Congress.  He, now,  can order our military to arrest and detain those he considers "enemy combatants" and only "trust" is the medicating pressure.  He can legislate law via the many regulatory agencies under his purview and Congress,  again,  is helpless to halt his actions.  he can and has ordered his Justice Department to file criminal suit against those who resist his intentions.

Our Congress,  buffoons such as John McCain and Lindsey Graham and so many more,  has relegated itself  irrelevant.  If Obama or the next wannabe dic-tator prefers,  we all could lose our liberties in a heart beat.  Only armed conflict could resolve the matter and that is not possible if  “they”  have all our guns.  So far,  so good on that front.  Who in the world wants a civil war?

Understand this:  the country could “go socialist” without the threat of civil war.  But,   it could not “go dictator.”  And,  at times,  I wonder if that is not where we are headed.  Maybe not with Obama, but what about the next Loser to “occupy” our White House?
We need to win the election and reform presidential powers.  See you in November.
