In Eric's article, "Everything
you heard . . ." of
the very influential and conservative Red State, he commits to a very
surprising point of view. In fact, it is much more than that;
from a conservative anti-establishment point of view, it is just
plain silly. So silly that he has my attention for next several days.
And what is that
open? Well, in answering the question, "Why the volatility
within the GOP primary race?" he blames Bush for having left us no
successor.
See what I mean?
Kind of sounds nuts. If we are to believe that Eric is being
forthright in his comments, we find him saying, implicitly, that he
favors a top down , good old boy transition of power, from one generation
to the next. That, of course, is conservative madness, and Eric
Erickson is as conservative as one gets.
So this blogger
will continue to click on "Red State" and wait for the other shoe to
hit the ground.
