Using the first year as a template  (743 such appearances according to  Mark Knowlers CBS News )
and allowing 3 hours for each appearance,  figuring prep time,  reading and proof reading, presentation or speech appearance and travel time to and from the event,  we have Obama running his mouth for 2229 hours or  278 days out of 365 (2229 hours   ÷  8 hour days = 278 days).  He averages about 30 trips to the links at 5 hours per trip or 19 days for the year.
