Asking for a diploma might violate the American Disabilities Act.

Understand that this nonsense is being driven by those taking their cue from Obama and his desire to "fundamentally transform" our country.  You should know how the Queen's English works:  the phrase "fundamentally transform" means "to make something total different from what it was.  If this headline is not about that,  it has no meaning, historically. -  blog editor, J Smithson
