This is a typical crowd at a Occupy Whatever. Understand that there are less than 20,000 of these kids in 100 cities and 23 countries, world wide. Only four nations have more than 300 demonstrators involved in Occupy. contrary to popular belief. About that same number in the States. New York is, by far, the largest gathering.
The "movement" is 90% college aged kids who are obviously, not attending college. Look at the picture to the left, and I do mean Left. Look at the determination on their faces. Almost makes you think they have something specific in mind, other than creating chaos, that is. Turns out that is their express mission; with differing explanations, the end game for this bunch is "chaos."
Tomorrow, Thursday, this bunch of misfits, plans on "shutting down Wall Street." They intend to begin this effort around 7:00 am (est). . . . . .
. . . . . . .. When asked, "What does that mean, 'Shut down Wall Street?' " no one has a clue. When asked, "What is the point?" again, they have no answer.
. . . . . . .. When asked, "What does that mean, 'Shut down Wall Street?' " no one has a clue. When asked, "What is the point?" again, they have no answer.
The bunch in the picture? They are determined to tear down a police barrier. Why? I know this sounds silly, but the answer is, "Because it is there."
Just like their lives, these kids have no purpose in these demonstrations. Chaos is their plan because structured chaos is the story of their lives. They leave the demonstrations to go home to their play stations and game boards.
Nancy Pelosi, the end of last week, said, "Thank God they are there," as if they are accomplishing something. Anyway, after eight weeks of this nonsense, it is obvious that these folks have no agenda. A Democrat pundit on Fox News, claimed that Occupy had changed the course of the national debate . . . . . . . . . proving him to be as mindless as the demonstrators he is defending.
Look, The TEA Party changed the nature of the debate. The clowns in Washington, Dems and Republicans, would not be talking about balancing the budget or cutting spending, today, if it were not for the Tax Enough Already demonstrations of 2009 and 2010. Well over 12 million people came out for those demonstrations. No one, not one person, was arrested. They left the locations of their assemblies clean and well policed. There were no drugs or rapes or muggings or disorderly conduct. Each demonstration paid for the required permits and followed the rules of the municipalities where they demonstrated. More than all this, T.E.A. organized into a political movement that is on schedule to change the course of American history, to "fundamentally transform" - if you will - the attempted theft of this nation's traditions, bringing this country back to its foundational principles. With the mid-terms elections of 2010, the T.E.A movement brought in 86 new statesmen in both the House and the Senate. They took over a majority of governorships. They took back the House with a super-majority and had the largest Senate turn-around in modern history. All of the GOP presidential candidates have been influenced by the T.E.A. movement and its push for fiscal responsibility, Constitutional principles, a return to patriotism and common sense governance, lower taxes, and a balanced budget. There is no comparison between the two movements.
"Things are going to happen in October; it is going to be big;" words from the fanciful mind of the ten year, card carrying Communist, Van Jones. He was going to build a third party out of the demonstrations of October. Well, he is nowhere to be found and his dream is circling the drain.
Understand, this bunch believes they are "so close" to moving this country into a One World setting. They took a beating in 2010 and are fearful of a knock out punch in 2012. They will not go down without a fight. All is fare in love and war. They believe it, and, so do a lot of folks like me. Bring it on. This fight is way over due.
