The combined audience of FoxNews (16 million viewers) is the largest audience on television - cable or not.

In the same time slots during the course of a single evening, the FoxNews line-up is viewed by a combined total of more than 16 million people while MSNBC is viewed by 2 million and CNN by 1.8 million.

In fact, the combined news show line-up of FoxNews is seem by more people than the totals of any network including the "majors," ABC, cBS and NBC. In other words, if one were to combine the Today Show with the evening news on NBC, that combined audience is not as big as the FoxNews afternoon format.

Maybe this is why cBS is doing such novel things as showing a live colonoscopy of one of its own news people, Harry Smith. Who would have ever believed that Harry's butt would be a featured news story !!?? Certainly not this editor.

Fox is huge and has gotten to this point since the '08 election. Thanks Hussein.
