Cohen's "loyalty" lead him to secretly tape all of his conversations with Trump, a violation of the lawyer/client privilege. Cohen is being disbarred for this kind of crap. Also, Cohen used his ties with Trump to make 4 million dollars as he charged for access to Trump's name. Cohen is so flawed as a witness, that his testimony will never be used in a court of law.
