Whiner Alert: Now Obama Is Crying About Fox News (again) in a book about his presidency.

In a book already for sale  (Barnes and Noble), “Showdown: The Inside Story of How Obama Fought Back Against Boehner, Cantor, and the Tea Party” by Leftist/socialist David Corn, bureau chief for the Left Wing rag, Mother Jones. In the book,   Obama whines about his loss of the white male population,  blaming “losing white males” on Fox News and its supposed  “Obama is a Muslim 24/7” news broadcasting.  An excerpt from the book gives us these Obama words:

“…Fed by Fox News,  they hear Obama is a Muslim 24/7, and it begins to seep in…The Republicans have been at this for 40 years. They have new resources, but the strategy is old,”

Who knows what this ignorant boob is talking about since Fox has only been around for 15 years and has never carried a story that pushes Obama as a Muslim.  More than this,  Obama won the 2008 election at a time when Fox News was at a new high in its ratings, proving that Fox plays little role in the man's ultimate success or failure.  Maybe white guys do not like being singled out by a black and racist Attorney General.  Maybe they take offence at Obama’s attack on Joe the Plumber,  while he was a private citizen,  making fun of John McCain with these words, “Now he is defending a plumber.”  Perhaps this has something to do with the fact that 90% of the legal gun trade crowd are white guys.  Maybe some of them like their guns and their Bibles.

The book concentrates on four specific circles of accomplishments: the Arab Spring, killing bin Laden, Obama's handling of the debt ceiling crisis,  and the very anecdotal pro-gay stance Obama has assumed since becoming our first Rogue President (specifically,  the repeal of Bill Clinton’s  Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell policy).

What is that they say about putting lipstick on a pig?

As to the claims within the book:

The information generated that ultimately lead to the killing of bin Laden began with the Bush Administration.  Does Obama get credit for sitting on his butt,  watching the assault on closed circuit TV?  Sure.  But to use this as a segue to the claim that he is strong on foreign policy,  is sheer idiocy. Take the 9,000 who have been slaughtered in Syria while Obama has sat on his grandizing butt, watching.  Or,  Iran’s Green Revolt,  which began in late 2009 and involved thousands going to the streets with signs begging Obama to “come help us."  The Iranian people  have finally given up on Obama and their voices effectively silenced.   Talk about silencing the voices of the freedom fighters in Iran,  that has extended to the fact that the internet has been wiped clean of any mention of the Iranian’s begging Obama to help  ------  except for our sign above.

While people of the outside world thought he should have done more     to help in the Green Revolt,  he was busy “saving” the Libyan and Egyptian people,  and we all know how that is working out.  So much for the Arab Spring.

The book brags about Obama’s handling of the debt crisis,  when,  as a point of fact,  the man’s policies have already accrued  more debt than 5 George Bushes  (literally).  As a matter of fact,  this is a startling inclusion when cast in the light of billions in union payoffs and trillions in wasteful spending.  Three-fourths of the 2009 Stimulus went to Democrats, Democrat congressional districts and Democrat run unions, absolute proof of a corrupt and rigged system, courtesy of B Obama?

In the final analysis, the book fails to resurrect confidence in this loser of a president and no amount of whining will change that stark reality.  In the end,  Obama will have to deal with the embarrassment of a monumental presidential failure never seen before in American history.     Whether he gets re-elected or not,  nothing can change this fact.

  1. Funny how you whine about everyone else's whining. This whole blog is one big whine.

  2. You really don't have a definition for "whining," do you? Here is mine. When someone says something that hurts my little feelings, I cannot respond without whining about it, unless, of course, I call you out or tell you to shut the hell up.

Its your president who does all the whining. "I would be doing better in the polls except for those bad people at Fox News."

    1. Your definition of "whining" includes the word "whining," making it a circular definition. Thus, your criticism of stripmallpaul makes no sense.

    2. Not sure I gave a definition so much as I contrasted a couple of examples. But, if my complaint comes across as "whining," so beit. The readership probably got my point. In Obama, we have a man who simply cannot accept responsibility for his failures. In fact, he is pathological in his pretense that "none of this my fault." But the American people understand, and the Obama Cartel has lost political power in three consecutive elections since 2008, including his re-election, in 2012, in which he took in 3.5 fewer votes than in 2008.
