They have approved giving money to the Indians. Apparently the Black community is next. I am Irish. I will be looking for my cut , as well.

John Conyers, a career politician, serving in the House of Representatives since 1965. His wife is under investigation by the FBI. Conyers is the primary sponsor of this bill - a piece of legislation that will lead to monies being paid to the Black community in spite of the fact that none of them experience any of the atrocities for which they are being given money. The money will be taken from associated communities (mostly White) who played no role in the abuses recorded as American history. In fact, my family never participated in any such action at all and should not be included in this funding process. Monies have already been set aside for reparations to the American Indian population. Money will be given to these folks as well. Of course, all monies given will be spent within the very week the check is received and nothing will have been remedied.

Note: of those who have viewed this bill at Open Congress, only 6 % think it should proceed to law. But, hey, what do Democrats care about public opinion.

To acknowledge the fundamental injustice, cruelty, brutality, and inhumanity of slavery in the United States and the 13 American colonies between 1619 and 1865 and to establish a commission to examine the institution of slavery, subsequently de jure and de facto racial and economic discrimination against African-Americans, and the impact of these forces on living African-Americans, to make recommendations to the Congress on appropriate remedies, and for other purposes.
